Destoner

The Destoner consists of a row of separating plates that can be individually adjusted in their inclination. The movements and separation occurs through vibration only and the effect of the angle of adjustable plates. In this horizontal unit the light fraction is transported forward, the hard, heavy 3D material runs to the back of the plates. Typical feed materials are mixed construction waste and bulky waste but also shredder material. The feed grain size can be up to approximately 500 mm.
